Dr Meg Perceval, PhD (rural wellbeing and suicide prevention), Bachelor Medical Science (Neuroscience & Pharmacology), Diploma Project Management, Level 2 Yoga Teacher and Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy (AAYT), has been working in rural wellbeing and suicide prevention since 2007. A specialist in translational research, Meg is passionate about empowering individuals, families, workplaces and communities with the knowledge, skills and confidence to enjoy better health and reduce the unacceptably high rate of suicide. Meg lives and works in a rural community but travels extensively to deliver tailored workplace training, evidence-based presentations, one on one and small group facilitation and therapy, as well as providing general and specialised yoga, mindfulness and meditation classes.
